We understand that customers can often order a ring in the incorrect finger size. This is why we offer a ring resizing service for your first resize within 90 days only for 20€. For any additional resizes or outside of the 90 day period, a 55€ charge will apply (including VAT)

Postage costs incurred in sending an item to us is the responsibility of the customer, however we will send the ring back to you free of charge (IRELAND addresses only).

It is the customer’s responsibility to insure any return deliveries for the full amount. Golden Line Jewellery’s is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during shipment.

If your item has been engraved, your engraving may fade in the resizing process, so it will need to be engraved again.

Some rings can only be resized within an existing available size range.

Full eternity and full diamond set wedding rings cannot be resized.
